Q: What is your mission?
A: We aim to empower communities through impactful designs while supporting non-profits working on justice, equality, and safe spaces for marginalized groups. Every purchase you make contributes directly to these efforts.
Q: How do you choose the non-profits you support?
A: We carefully vet non-profits that align with our mission, focusing on transparency, measurable impact, and dedication to causes like social justice, equity, and human rights.
Purchases and Donations
Q: How does my purchase contribute to donations?
A: A portion of every purchase is directly donated to one of numerous non-profits. We provide transparency by sharing updates about where your contributions go and the impact they have. Go to our social media pages for more information.
Q: Can I choose which non-profit my purchase supports?
A: At this time, we offer the choice of three non-profit organizations that you can choose from. Customers are promoted after checkout to choose which organization they wish to support. A banner on the product page will show which three organizations we currently support. These three options can change periodically.
Products and Merchandise
Q: Where are your products sourced?
A: Currently, we work with manufacturing partners. We try our best to avoid companies that donate to the Republican party, but it isn't always possible. Our future goal is to produce products in house, prioritizing employment for people from disenfranchised communities.
Q: Can I suggest a design or slogan?
A: Yes! We love hearing from our community. Please contact us via our "Contact Us" page to share your ideas. If you don't see your cause represented yet, also know that we are constant expanding our collections.
Processing and Shipping
Q: How long does processing take?
A: processing typically takes 3-5 business days. You’ll receive notification once your order is processed and ready to ship.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way. Please be aware, your order may arrive in separate packages, possibly on separate days. You will receive emails with tracking information.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Email us as soon as possible for a hassle free replacement. Please include a photo of the defective product with your request for replacement.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our partner facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
