Shipping policy
Processing Time Most of our products are made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste. Please allow 5-10 business days for production before your order ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Shipping Times Once your order ships, delivery times are:
- Economy Shipping (3-6 business days): $2.99
- Standard Shipping (3-6 business days): $4.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): [your express rate]
- Free Shipping (3-6 business days): Available on orders $39 and over
Total Delivery Time Please note that total delivery time = processing time (5-10 business days) + shipping time. For example, an order with Standard Shipping may take 8-16 business days total from order date to delivery.
Tracking All orders include tracking information. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Multiple Shipments Some items are fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains products from multiple fulfillment partners, you may receive your items in separate shipments with separate tracking numbers. All items will follow the same processing and shipping timeframes listed above.
